Obituary of John S Karg

John S. Karg, 84 of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Saturday November 3, 2018.  Born in Jersey City, NJ he lived in Lake Hiawatha, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor.  John was a US Air Force Veteran and worked as a pollution engineer for Foster Wheeler Energy Corp. in Livingston, NJ.  He was a member of the American Legion Post #493, Little Egg Harbor and Post #249, Parsippany, NJ, VFW Post #4745 in Cliffwood Beach, NJ as well as the Elks Club in Keyport, NJ.  John enjoyed fishing, gardening and painting and volunteering as a Little League Coach.

He is survived by his loving sons John Karg (Nancy) of Little Egg Harbor and Mark Karg (Marilyn) of Cliffwood Beach, NJ, sister Marlene Springer of Parsippany, grandchildren Jay, Ian, Kristen, Christopher and Mark Jr., great grandchildren Camryn, Caylee, Caleb and Chris and 7 nieces.

Viewing hours will be held on Monday November 12, 2018 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm and Tuesday November 13 from 9 to 10am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.  Burial will be held on Tuesday at 11:30am at Brig. Gen. Wm C Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
