Dear Aunt Claire, Alan & Suzanne, and Scott,
I wish I could be there in person to hug and comfort you. I am holding you all in my heart and prayers during this difficult time.
I pray that God’s all-healing love will give you a deep peace as you celebrate Uncle Al’s life and share precious memories you want to remember always.
There are so many good things to remember about Uncle Al, but his love for fishing and being out on the ocean will never fade. I remember him telling me that he enjoyed being alone on the ocean, because it was very peaceful, and a good time for him to talk to God. I smile when I recall a photo of him holding up his catch of a big Wahoo! I enjoyed listening to his stories about his time in the Navy, and the conversations we had about our jobs in the Aerospace Industry.
May you find comfort in knowing he is no longer limited by a physical body, but is and always will be a living soul, forever young, forever healthy, forever safe, and forever free and alive in the Light and Love of God, and in the embrace of all his family and friends that have gone before him.
