Dear Vacca and Payne family,
I can't imagine your sorrow. I don't have to tell you what an exceptionally creative musician and person Jimmy was.
It eases me to know he was greeted by his brother Tommy. Together they must be writing some great music, although Jimmy was a perfectionist so I hope he's not pissing anyone off ...
Jimmy bestowed upon me the honor of playing on the Vacca/Dillon (Vaccalon) Project and asked me to play on a few of his new songs which regretfully I never freed up the time to do so.
Jimmy always set the bar VERY high when it came to music and taught me valuable lessons both in music and in life.
A piece of Jimmy lives on in all that knew him.
God speed Jimmy!
My prayers are with you and your family.

So sorry to have lost Jimmy but happy I had a chance to know him better via Facebook where I had the opportunity to hear his music and songs. He was such a talented guy with a good sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Especially his Mom, Joanne. No parent should have to bury a son much less two. God bless you Jimmy you will be missed. Rock on cuz. ❤️
