Obituary of Christopher D Gibney

Christopher D. Gibney, 52 of Flemington, NJ passed away at home on Tuesday January 2, 2018. Born in Pompton Plains, NJ Christopher was originally from Oak Ridge, NJ and recently resided Flemington, NJ. Christopher worked as a Union Carpenter and was a Volunteer Fireman for 28 years in Oak Ridge.

Christopher was predeceased by his mother Josephine Gibney.

He is survived by his loving son Kyle Gibney of Newton, NJ, father Henry Gibney and step-mother Iris of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, brothers Joe Gibney and wife Angela of Ocean City, NJ and Paul Gibney of Ohio and nephew Joseph Gibney of West Pittston, PA.

Visitation will be held on Sunday January 7, 2017 from 2pm until his wake service at 6pm at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Rd Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday January 8, 2017 at 9:30am at St. Theresa’s R.C. Church 450 Radio Rd.
