Obituary of Victor E Merrill

Victor E. Merrill, 74 of Galloway, NJ passed away at home on Monday, October 2, 2017.
Victor was born in Long Branch, NJ and lived in Little Egg Harbor, NJ for 25 years before moving to Galloway, NJ 2.5 years ago. Victor worked as a Manchester Police Officer and held a Private Investigators License for USI Services, located in Short Hills, NJ. He enjoyed classic cars, especially his 1967 Chevy Camaro, singing, coaching Little League and spending time with his family. Victor’s humor and generosity will be remembered by all who knew him well.

He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Josephine Merrill.

He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Cindy Merrill, children Anthony Merrill of Beachwood, NJ, Gary Merrill of Roanoke, Virginia, Dina Greenberg and husband Jonathan of Delran, NJ, Justin Merrill and wife Jessica of Spring Hill, FL and Jessica Merrill and fiancé Tom Kasunich of Galloway, NJ. Also, survived by his 5 grandchildren; Olivia, Ava, Gabrielle, Mitchell, Chelsea.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 3-6 p.m. with a service beginning at 6 p.m. at Maxwell Funeral Home located on 160 Mathistown Road, Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087.
