Obituary of Reba Wainwright

Reba Alberta Wainwright, 74 of Tuckerton, NJ passed away at home on Saturday July 22, 2017 surrounded by her family.

Reba was a lifelong resident of Tuckerton and she worked as a secretary for her family business, A & R Carpet. She loved her Himalayan cat “Blue” and spending time with her family and friends especially Sunday dinner with her mom. She never left the house without her hair and makeup to the nines.  She always looked forward to her Wednesday hair appointment at Splashes where all the girls looked up to her as the salon grandmom and found her to be an inspiration.  Reba’s favorite color was Lilac and she enjoyed an occasional glass of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon to be exact) and she couldn’t wait for the day that she could dance again. 

She is predeceased by her father Calvin Soden Sr. and her mother Brigit Soden passed just a few hours after her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Albert Wainwright, son Albert “Rick” Wainwright (Jessie) of Little Egg Harbor, daughters Cindy Ferebee (Steve) of Bricktown, NJ, and Rebecca Molosky (Joe) of North Carolina, brother Calvin Soden (Lynn), sister Shelly Crocker (Rafael), grandchildren Brittney, Jennie, Albert III, Joseph Jr., Cody, Rachel, Stevie and Sara Grace, great-grandchildren Camryn and Dominick and many nieces and nephews and a third great grandbaby on the way.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 5pm to 8pm and Saturday July 29, 2017 from 10am until her Funeral Service at 11am at Maxwell Funeral Home, 160 Mathistown Road, Little Egg Harbor. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery in Tuckerton will follow.
