Obituary of Salvatore Belluardo

Salvatore J. Belluardo, 80 of Little Egg Harbor passed away on Wednesday April 26, 2017. Sal was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Barnegat, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor, NJ 20 years ago. He was a Communicant of St. Theresa’s R.C. Church in Little Egg Harbor and he loved golfing and playing cards. His claim to fame was that he attended Lafayette High School with Sandy Koufax, the pitcher for the Brooklyn Dodgers. Sal was a Dodgers fan prior to becoming a lifelong New York Mets fan.
He was predeceased by and will be laid to rest next to his beloved wife Christine Belluardo and son Salvatore.
Sal is survived by his loving family, daughter, Laura, son, Charlie, grandchildren, Josephine, Nicholas, Christopher, Anthony and Vincent, sister, Chicky, daughter-in-law, Christine, nieces, Leslie and Lisa, nephew, Glenn and many more friends and family too numerous to mention.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 6, 2017 at 11am at St Mary’s Cemetery, Manahawkin, NJ.
