Dear Austin, Dominic and all of Joey' s family...i am so sorry to hear of your lose, I have fond memories of Joey from kids playing at Tip seamon park to high school at PRHS Joey had always had a loving caring heart, a truly beautiful soul I moved to Virginia in 2008 but had the honor of seeing in on a trip home 3 years ago. I was not aware of his passing and I'm very hurt to hear of him leaving us...i have nothing but amazing memories of Joey I never once seen that boy with something other then a smile on his face and made sure I had a smile on my face before he left me be on my way, im positive Joeys life made "many, many" people's lives better just from God putting him on this earth, I will always hold dear to my heart that I had the pleasure of knowing Joey and being able to call him a true friend...he will be missed by so many and truly died at a time when he should have just been starting his life, all my love and sorro goes out to him and his friends and family...RIP Joey
