Obituary of Marie Corrado

Marie Corrado, 96 of Little Egg Harbor passed away on Thursday May 12, 2016. She was born in Philadelphia, PA and lived in Avalon, NJ before moving to Little Egg Harbor 6 years ago. Marie was a communicant of St. Theresa’s R.C. Church, she loved crocheting, reading, going to the theater and movies, spending time with her kids and travelling to Italy. She loved to love, laugh and have fun. She is survived by her loving children Mary Gross of Northfield, NJ, Lois and husband John Ways of Little Egg Harbor, Nicholas and wife Carol Corrado of Warminster, PA, grandchildren Jim Stewart and wife Jill, Susan Stewart-Brestle and husband Scott, great-grandchildren Samantha, James IV, Jonathan, Danielle, Gabrielle, Nicole, Christian, great-great-grandchildren Jimmy V, McKayla and Alexandra, grand-son-in-law Jim Shelton, dear friend Maureen McCormick, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Nicholas Corrado, her daughter Donna Corrado, and her grand-daughter Linda Shelton. Visitation will be held on Monday May 16, 2016 from 8:30am to 10:30am at Maxwell Funeral Home 160 Mathistown Road Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday May 16 at 11am at St. Theresa’s Church in Little Egg Harbor.
