Sending condolences to the Mathis family, with deepest sympathy, on the passing of Elmer. My God, when Steve Skeie and I worked together at Billy Mott's liquor store, whenever Elmer came in, he cracked us up! The way he talked, and told a story! He will truly be missed. Billy, Steve, and I had always said that the day that Elmer Mathis, Luke King, and Russ Heinrichs ever came into the store together at the same time, we would have to close up shop because we would be rolling on the floor and wouldn't be able to wait on anyone else anyway, LOL! God Bless him and may he rest in Peace.
