My dear friend “Elena”,
Our friendship began in 2003 after meeting my “Don”. It was only while vacationing with you and Joe that I discovered that I went to St. Henry’s in Bayonne and graduated 8th grade with Kim, your wonderful sister. I had lost 2 sisters and you lost Kim and it made us reach out to one another.
After that, we felt like we were bonded as “sisters ourselves” and we enjoyed so many wonderful times together, dinners, vacations and just truly heartfelt conversations.
It was my honor to know you and love you. You were such a great wife to Joe and mother to Laurie and Jennifer, and how much you adored your grandchildren.
You, my sister and friend, deserve your heavenly reward where you will rejoin your lost loved ones, especially Joe. I won’t say goodbye, but only farewell until we meet again. You will be missed so very much by everyone who knew and loved you. Until then, know how much I loved you, my friend.
