Dear Jane and Family, We were saddened to hear of Hugh’s passing. We enjoyed our years with him at Gannett Fleming, and always viewed him as a “special good waterworks person.” His keen water industry interests, mixed with his Irish humour, provided a unique blend of support and balance to our business chores. We will be keep Hugh and you in our thoughts and prayers. May the blessings of Family and friends help to relieve and shorten this time of grief. God Bless, Steve and Elaine Talian
